What is Step Change Studio?
Step Change Studio is a Milan-based strategic advisory and fractional management firm founded by Alessandro Moretti. It supports CEOs, entrepreneurs and leadership teams with senior managers and advisors in marketing, customer experience, organization and artificial intelligence, engaged only for the time and expertise required.
What does fractional management mean?
It’s a model in which a senior manager leads a business function, such as marketing or customer experience, for part of their time and for a defined period, without a full-time hire. The company gains leadership and experience immediately, with cost and commitment proportionate to the phase it is going through.
